Refund & Return Policy

At Nexus Gadgets, we want you to shop with complete confidence.

Our goal is to make your experience smooth, stress-free, and satisfying every time.

If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
  • The product is not listed as a non-returnable or final sale item (see Section 6).

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care gadgets, pet grooming tools, or wearable devices may not be eligible for return if the seal is broken.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@nexusgadgetx.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Wait for our Return Authorization (RA) approval and instructions.

Ship the item to the return address we provide, using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Returns sent without RA approval will not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective gadget), we cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or a non-defective reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you can return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Gift cards and store credit
Downloadable software or digital products
Clearance or final sale items
Health, hygiene, or personal care gadgets once opened
Customized or personalized products

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide order details and photos/videos showing the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
